Job description

  • responsible for the coordination of member relations

  • collecting leads from our members for all our media products

  • maintaining the digital member database

  • maintaining country pages on the website

  • customer relation management

  • organising workshops for members

  • organising member meetings

Job description

  • responsible for quarterly magazine (print and online versions, English and Dutch and various company-specific editions)

  • manage production of magazine with workflow system: responsible for full, complex logistics process

  • directing journalists, translators, copy editors, designers, printers (mainly international freelancers, located worldwide)

  • limited writing of articles, focus on management and development

  • occasional travel
