FrieslandCampina’s Global Mobility Team celebrates a prize-winning end to 2016

FrieslandCampina’s Global Mobility Team scooped not one, but two prestigious awards at the EMEA Expatriate Management and Mobility Awards (EMMAs), recently held in London.

The EMMAs is an evening dedicated to celebrating success, best practices and outstanding contribution to global mobility with short-listed companies judged by a jury of key Global Mobility professionals.

FrieslandCampina – one of Global Connection’s longest standing partners – landed prizes for ‘Global Mobility Team of the Year’ and ‘Best Family Support Program’. The jury commented that FrieslandCampina has made an extraordinary journey during the last six years with limited staffing, a growing expat population and destination-list, while achieving a high assignee satisfaction rate for the industry.

Manager Global Mobility Marco van der Neut collected both prizes on behalf of his team: “I am very proud that these prizes have been awarded to us. It is recognition of the team efforts and is underlining the fact that instead of purely operating on an operational level as was the case in the past, nowadays significant attention is also paid to strategic priorities. Furthermore this is important recognition both externally and internally that the company is performing well in this area on an international level. A special word of thanks goes out to our colleagues, vendors and last but not least our assignees.”

Having had the privilege of working closely with FrieslandCampina’s Global Mobility Team over the years, Global Connection would like to congratulate Marco and his colleagues for this great success.
