Specific job requirements

  • Higher professional education / university level
  • Perfect knowledge of the English language, and preferably Dutch and/or German (both written and verbal)
  • Proven organisational skills, multi-tasker
  • High accuracy
  • Experience with client management (B2B or B2C)
  • Empathic skills: potential contact with 90 nationalities living in 140 countries
  • Flexible, hands-on, no 9-to-5 mentality
  • High computer literacy
  • Commercial drive
  • Expat (partner) experience is an advantage

Job description

  • First point of contact for expat partners, invite them to make use of our services (offered/paid by the assigning organisation)
  • Maintaining the digital member database
  • Organising workshops
  • Relevant office management tasks, including invoicing
