Before moving abroad Helena worked as a Business Process and Quality Delegate for a logistics company. In 2007 she followed her husband to Bangkok with their first son for a four year expat assignment. While in Bangkok, her second son was born and Helena set up a travel agency for German speaking tourists. She also worked as an editorial contributor and soon became Social Media Manager for the community lifestyle magazine Expat Life in Thailand.
As a consultant for Global Connection, Helena looks forward to empowering expat partners to find their individual fulfilling activity and well-being while living abroad. In her free time, Helena is passionate about yoga and cooking. She enjoys hiking and spending time with her family outdoors.
